It's a 30 to 45 minute conversation about your business, not a sales pitch. We talk about what you do, where time gets lost, what's frustrating, and where you want to grow. From there we figure out together whether AI can actually help. If it can't, we'll say so.
None at all. We explain everything in plain language. If we're using a term you don't recognise, stop us. That's on us, not you. Our job is to make this simple.

About the work
AI handles the repetitive, time-consuming work so you can focus on your customers, your growth, and the things only you can do. In practice that looks like automating appointment reminders, handling repetitive customer enquiries, processing invoices or forms, sending follow-up emails, and generating reports or summaries. The audit will show you exactly what's relevant for you.
We'll tell you. Honestly. We're not interested in selling you something that doesn't make a tangible difference. If the timing isn't right or there's a better solution, that's what we'll say. You'll leave the audit better informed either way.
It depends on what you're looking for in terms of AI capability. Every build comes with proper handover training so you understand what's been built and how it works. Most automations live on platforms we manage on your behalf, so we'll always be upfront about what that means for ongoing costs. There are no locked-in contracts. If you'd prefer minimal ongoing reliance on us, we'll work to find the right option. That said, we do encourage businesses to stay engaged over time. AI moves fast and we can keep your tools current as your business grows.
Pricing & process
Really free. No catch. We believe the best way to earn your business is to give value first. The audit and the report that follows are genuinely useful on their own, even if you decide not to go further.
For build projects we use a 50/50 structure. Half when you sign the Statement of Work, half on delivery. For the monthly retainer, it's billed monthly with 30 days cancellation notice.
Ongoing management of your AI tools, on-call support when things need attention, and one new AI capability built for your business every quarter. It's designed for businesses who want to keep growing their AI capability without having to manage it themselves.
